About Barbara Miñarro

A native to Monterrey Mexico, artist Barbara Miñarro currently resides in San Antonio in pursuit of her Bachelor of Fine Arts at The University of Texas at San Antonio. With a strong focus in painting and sculpture, Miñarro has developed her work conceptually and aesthetically to embark on her recent exploration of the body and identity. Miñarro was recently selected for an internship at Artpace as well for the cover of Sagebrush Review. She now embarks on her inaugural solo exhibition at the Lullwood Group.
